In submitting this form, the Copyright Holder (The Producer) gives SP_CE 13 (The Exhibitor) permission to exhibit the project as submitted (The Program), if selected.
All parties agree there are no license fees or costs associated with the video program.
The Producer will be contacted if their submission is selected and notified of the exhibition date. The Producer represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights, and clearances for material and individuals appearing in the submitted material.
